Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days from the date your order has been received. For personalized tags, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. All tags are mailed separately from the order itself, using the US Postal Service. Simplicity Goods and Gifts uses UPS for shipping throughout the United States.
International Shipping
We do ship to Canada and offer UPS WorldEase as an option to reduce costs to our Canadian customers. This helps to reduce taxes and duties. Shipping costs will not be automatically calculated at time of checkout through our Secure Website for customers in Canada. An e-mail with the shipping costs will be sent to all of our Canadian Customers for their review of the breakdown of all taxes and shipping charges and an estimated time of arrival. If you approve of the shipping charges, we will move forward with your order and have it shipped out within 7 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside of United States and Canada at this time.
Returns
We have a very liberal return policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your products because we know how important this day is to you! Please feel free to contact us via e-mail at returns@simplicitygoodsandgifts.com or call us at 1-866-662-1761 within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise in order for us to be able to accept your return. We accept authorized returns if the packaging has not been opened and is in it’s original packaging. However, we cannot accept returns on personalized items.
